Via VEI, professionals from our Dutch partner drinking water companies apply their knowledge and expertise to local water companies, making them stronger, healthier and more resilient. Working for VEI is working in an informal atmosphere in which personal development and social responsibility are central. 

VEI is a full subsidiary of Vitens N.V. and Evides N.V. and implements their international Corporate Social Responsibility policy on behalf of eight Dutch drinking water partners. Dutch and local water companies have common concerns and challenges in a partnership, each with their own circumstances: about day-to-day operations of production and distribution systems, technical knowledge in the non-revenue water and pump issues, investment planning etc.

Our Dutch and local water companies enable their employees to contribute, for a long period of time, to projects of colleagues in low-income countries, such as Africa, Asia and South America.
